Spirit of the Mountain, Kalasha” inspired by the traditional fabric and native royal dresses and attire of “Kalash mountains” in Pakistan are traditionally made with Markhor wool. Markhor; the peaceful mountain goats; also the national animal, are the purest creature herd by the spirits of the mountain tops, high above the polluted world of men and women.
We, at CBL are inspired by traditional cloth that is close to our roots and dear to our hearts. Within development we used special fibres to mimic “khaddar”, “khurrandi”, “Ajarkho” and many other wool cloth found , hand-made in our northern side villages and markets.
